How do I make a return?

It's easy to make a return to us at MiniDress! Fill in your return form and hand in your package at one of PostNord's all service points and we will take care of the rest. More information on how to make a return can be found here.

It says I need to enter a return code on my return slip. Where can I find the return code?

- The return codes are directly on the return slip, bottom left. If you are not sure which return code to choose, just enter the number 2 as the return code. That is the code for undo purchase.

How do I make a change with you?

- If you want to make a change you should return the item you received from us and simply place a new order on the item you wish to receive instead. We offer free return shipping on the item that did not fit when you choose to order a new item, email us at info@dennismaglic.com for a return slip.

Should I make a return and wonder if I have to pay my invoice?

- You should not pay anything on the invoice for the goods you send back. We credit (remove) the invoice after we receive the return, minus the cost of return shipping, which is SEK 69. If your due date is approaching and you are worried that we will not be able to register your return before the invoice expires, you can pause your invoice via Klarna on telephone 08 120 120 10.

My invoice has arrived but I haven't received my package yet?

- The invoice is sent at the same time as your package is sent from us. The invoice always comes approx. 2-3 days before you receive your order. You do not have to pay the invoice until you have received your package and are satisfied with your goods.

I lost my invoice. How do I get a new one?

- Please contact Klarna here or by phone 08 - 120 120 10 and they will help you get a new invoice.
